Welcome to Hikevo Design. By browsing this website and hiring our services, you accept the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part, we recommend not using our services.

1. Service Description

Hikevo Design is a digital studio offering:

• Web Development: Creation of corporate websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Content Creation: Social media management, graphic design, and digital growth strategies.

2. Intellectual Property

• Your Property: All content (texts, images, logos) you provide for the development of your website or social media remains 100% yours.
• Our Property: The base source code, methodologies, and unselected preliminary designs are the intellectual property of Hikevo Design until the total service payment is completed.
• Deliverables: Once the project is finished and paid for, the rights of use and exploitation of the final product (the website or creatives) are transferred to you.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Web Projects: Generally require an advance (e.g., 30%) to start and the rest upon delivery. Deposits are non-refundable once technical work has begun.
• Recurring Services (Growth/Social): Billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription by notifying us at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to offer impeccable code and solid strategies. However:

• We do not guarantee specific sales results (the market is variable).
• We are not responsible for service outages beyond our control (e.g., global outages of Cloudflare, Meta, or your domain provider).
• We are not responsible for the legal content of your website (legal texts, GDPR, etc.); that is the final responsibility of the client.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on this page.
